How does Propbase work?

Propbase secures qualified properties and launches them on the platform through a live listing auction.

Users can participate in purchasing fractional shares of the property value. Once the property has been fully funded, token ownership is distributed to market participants and can be traded on the P2P Marketplace.

All yield generated by the property will be distributed utilizing smart contracts on a daily basis, proportional to the token amount, sent to the native wallet directly in the app
