What happens if I lose access to my wallet?

Propbase strongly recommends that you save your private keys in multiple locations both hand written and digital forms

Future platform enhancements will have a native Propbase "multi-sig" wallet located directly in the DApp.

If you lose your keys or your keys become compromised, you can still login to your Propbase account and transfer your property tokens to a new wallet by contacting the Propbase security team, and following identity verification processes.

The process for account recovery will be relayed prior to our launch and integration of our Propbase “Multi-sig” wallet.
