What happens if the Property does not get fully funded?

If the property is not looking like it will reach its funding target by the deadline closing date, we would simply reach out to the seller and ask them for an extended deadline for closing, which sellers are typically open to.

If the deadline is extended, then the property will remain on our platform until the extended closing date expires. If the seller is not willing to extend the closing date or the funding target is not reached, we would fully refund all investors who purchased tokens in the property.

The listing would then be canceled and removed from the marketplace.
