Development Summary - November & Early December

November was a monumental month for Propbase as we entered the final stages of preparation for the Secondary Marketplace beta release.

The anticipation around this beta launch has been extraordinary, with testers eager to explore and validate the platform’s capabilities. 

The Beta Testing phase was a resounding success, engaging 195 testers who conducted 3,196 transactions with flawless 100% blockchain accuracy.

Across all products, we prioritized enhancing real-time data synchronization and implementing robust API integrations, ensuring users consistently have access to accurate and actionable insights.

We are gearing up to initiate platform audits in mid-December (next week) and are thrilled to move towards a mainnet release upon their successful completion.

Front-End (FE) Updates: 

Secondary Marketplace

Completed HTML and API integrations for user transactions and buy/sell processes

Enhanced Secondary Marketplace trade pages with candlestick chart visualizations and pool statistics.

Updated the Secondary Marketplace listing page layout with new user-friendly designs.

Conducted unit testing for buying processes, including date validations and production asset details.

Limited asset management fields to predefined constraints.

Propbase NEXUS:

Enhanced KPIs and UI features to improve performance tracking and user experience.

Comprehensive updates to the Property Detail Page, including:

Integration of new HTML and APIs tailored for the secondary marketplace.

Introduction of Claim, Rental Yield, and Trade functionalities directly on the property details page.

Price Chart Integration to provide users with clear and intuitive market data visualization.

Implementation of a Transaction Table on the property details page to display complete transaction histories.

Advanced Blockchain View Function Integrations to streamline trade operations seamlessly.

Robust Pool Token and Coin Reserve calculation and validation systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Upgraded Property Listing Views with the addition of both Grid and List view options for user convenience.

Main Website Revamp:

About 50% Complete. Entirely new Main Website Design. Super cool new look and feel on the whole website 

Home page Layout designed and implemented for an intuitive and user-friendly experience.

Beta Site Testing Setup finalized, ensuring a smooth testing environment for users.

Incorporated landing page fixes to enhance performance and resolve user-reported issues.

Back-End (BE) Updates:

Rental Yield:

Implemented real-time synchronization for rental yield contracts with added auth key for security.

Released Rental Yield Distribution for production, including API updates and system support.

Developed APIs to apply transfer transactions and dynamically retrieve coin types from admin configuration events.

Created portfolio KPIs for user transactions, including staking, unstaking, and claiming dividends.

Enhanced the admin dashboard with APIs for listing, searching, sorting, and filtering rental yield transactions.

Set up APIs to display vesting schedule details for admin rental yield configurations.

Enabled real-time syncing between Nexus and Rental Yield for seamless updates across systems.

Propbase Yield:

Updated backend APIs for Reward Distribution Concentration Graph and Top Stakers Graph integration.

Enhanced performance graphs to include new stakers, total active stakers, and estimated rental yield analytics.

Updated date picker functionality for graphs, enabling selected date ranges and improved UI responsiveness.

Secondary Marketplace:

Trade Price Chart integration implemented for improved trade tracking and analysis.

Resolved issues where traded users were not displayed in the portfolio.

Ensured users participating in the secondary market can see relevant property details in their portfolio.

Fixed invalid date displays for users buying tokens via the secondary market.

Addressed missing property details in the portfolio for tokens listed in the transaction table.

Added rental yield claims in the Admin Transaction Table for enhanced tracking and reporting.

Updated transaction management to display all buy and sell transactions across assets.

Integrated real-time token price updates to ensure accurate portfolio and market data.

Updated the Total Value Locked (TVL) graph for better financial tracking.

Improved APEX List data alignment with the latest trade design updates.

Fixed incorrect total holders count on the property detail page in the secondary market.

Updated APEX transaction listing for better marketplace visibility.

Enhanced the API for getting all user data comprehensive asset retrieval.

Improved error handling and functionality in Admin Asset Management.

Streamlined asset details page and buy/sell API changes.

Propbase NEXUS:

Optimized membership withdrawal processes, ensuring updates to the user staking table.

Synchronized real-time data for membership contracts and claim tokens.

Updated buying process dates and links for production assets directly via database modifications.

Addressed QA feedback for the system admin login module and backend configurations.

Blockchain Updates:

Secondary Marketplace:

We focussed on extensive testing and integration for sell and buy functionalities, ensuring correct quotation amounts and slippage calculations in blockchain transactions.

Vigorous testing on various combinational use cases of swapping property tokens and coins.

Liquidity strategies were thought through

Liquidity functionalities like add liquidity, withdraw liquidity were implemented

Implementation of the liquidity position token and its shares in liquidity were completed

Problem solving on the implementation of fees was done.

Implementation of fees is in progress.

Beta site was prepared for the testing.
