Propbase Development Summary (January & February 2025)

The last two months have been super exciting, completely jammed packed. We’ve hit some major milestones, including surpassing 50,000 holders on-chain and launching our Secondary Marketplace after 7,800+ hours of development. The marketplace is running smoothly, providing users with a seamless way to trade tokenized real estate.

We also rolled out APEX Trading, integrating real-time price tracking, liquidity visualization, and optimized fee mechanisms to improve the overall trading experience. Rental Yield distribution is now fully automated within Marketplace & Nexus, making it easier for investors to track and claim their earnings.

Security remains a top priority, and we’re proud to share that our APEX Smart Contracts have successfully passed Certik’s audit, ensuring a high level of reliability and trust.

This report highlights the key technical updates and improvements we’ve made over the past two months, with even more exciting developments coming next few months!

Activated APEX Trading with backend, app integrations, and blockchain updates.

Integrated USDC-based secondary marketplace pool and swap functions. Currently its USDT (Layer Zero) with Propbase planning to move to USDC here shortly.

Passed Certik audit with revisions completed

Implemented protocol fee handling, discounting based on membership tiers.

Enhanced security measures and functional documentation completed.

Rental Yield & Ultra Bonus

Deployment steps for the mainnet deployment of rental yield smart contract was prepared.

Bonus feature added to rental yield smart contract.

Developed Ultra Bonus smart contract for PROPS reward distributions.

Conducted rigorous smart contract testing for efficiency and security.

Finalized deployment steps for rental yield smart contract, deployed to mainnet.

The tokenisation, sale process configurations were monitored thoroughly for the mainnet deployment.

The nexus contract is tested thoroughly for the claim tokens for Propbase Wyndham Garden property.

Rental Yield exclusively managed within Propbase Marketplace and Nexus.

EVM Bridge (ERC) & Liquidity Support

Added liquidity in Base Chain via Chainge, due to high demand on BASE.

Improved liquidity tracking in the secondary marketplace.

Conducted group testing and demos for Apex mainnet launch (massively successful).
