Company & Foundation Allocation — 12% Company & 3% Foundation

Each monthly unlock releases 75% of the scheduled amount automatically. The remaining 25% is performance-based unlocked quarterly, requiring a minimum 10% increase in token price from the previous unlock, calculated using the 30-day VWAP (Volume-Weighted Average Price).

Advisors — 5%

Allocations unlock on a quarterly linear schedule over 8 years. Each subsequent unlock is subject to a token price performance condition: the token must have appreciated by 50% or more relative to the previous unlock, based on the 30-day VWAP (Volume-Weighted Average Price).

Community & Ecosystem — Extended unlocking period for growth & long term sustainability

Vests linearly with monthly unlocks over 8 years.
