Our venture is led by CEO & Founder Kevin Goos, a 12 year veteran of the global online property marketplaces industry, with technical expertise in building property platforms and consumer products. Through our fractional ownership of tokenized properties, investors can now diversify their portfolio by purchasing a share of the total property value. Shares can be bought and sold instantly by creating a listing and sale price on the P2P Marketplace.
Propbase’s team of industry experts seek out the best possible properties, using research driven analysis, backed by a data driven approach. All properties listed on the platform offer guaranteed rental income, locked for a set period of time, and primed for rapid appreciation. Only quality properties are listed on the platform that meet regulatory and legal framework.
Guaranteed monthly rental yield is allocated on a daily pro-rata basis through automated smart contracts. Owners of property shares will receive a portion of the guaranteed yield, relative to the share amount held in their wallet. This yield is considered profit and separate from the share value, held by you. You are free to withdraw, invest, or do what you like with profits generated on the Propbase marketplace.

Propbase verifies all property and participants on our marketplace at every step of the transaction process, through smart contracts. When a trade is executed, the user is benefiting from a trustless, immutable, decentralized, secure smart contract, audited by the leading firm, CertiK.
The Props token is utilized as a uniform method of settlement for all smart contract interaction on the platform. Users of the platform will require the Props token to make purchase orders, create listings, and transfer yield generated. There are six main features designed within our smart contracts all to a specific task related to a transaction process, each smart contract is coded in Move and requires the Props token to update on the Propbase global registry.
Our tokenomics model is one of our strongest points with over 55% of the total supply allocated to the community(20% IDO allocation, 35% rewards), fairly designed for scalability and without large Venture Capital allocations, creating unnecessary sell pressure for IDO participants.
