Propbase Community: Exciting Updates and What's Coming Next

We've got some great updates and plans to share that we're sure you'll be excited about. As we're now halfway through 2024, we want to take this opportunity to further crystallize our vision and mission for the rest of the year and beyond.

Full Product Suite on the Horizon - Crystal Clear Vision & Execution

We're getting ready to roll out a full suite of products in the second half of the year. One of the biggest highlights is our P2P Marketplace, which will let you trade property tokens directly with other users. This means more flexibility and better opportunities for you to manage your investments.👍👍👍

Just as our Propbase NEXUS platform solves the barrier to entry into real estate investment, our P2P marketplace addresses the liquidity challenges typically faced in traditional real estate. 

Together, these two products achieve our mission of making resilient real estate assets more accessible to everyone. By providing a seamless way to enter the market and a robust platform for trading, we're breaking down the barriers that have traditionally kept people from investing in real estate.

As a decentralized, non-custodial platform, Propbase offers complete transparency. Anyone can see how many wallets own tokens in each property and how many property tokens are in each wallet. This transparency builds trust and provides a clear view of the ownership distribution.

PROPS Bridge To EVM - A Major Step for Better Liquidity for PROPS

Another exciting development is our upcoming Bridge to EVM. This isn't just another feature; it could actually be more impactful than getting listed on a top 10 centralized exchange. The reason? It addresses one of our biggest challenges: liquidity.👍👍👍

Currently, liquidity for PROPS on the Aptos blockchain has been lower compared to other RWA projects. Our EVM Bridge will provide interoperability between different token standards, allowing PROPS to tap into a wider range of liquidity pools and trading options. This means more liquidity and more ways for you to use your PROPS tokens.

With the EVM Bridge, PROPS holders will gain access to new opportunities for staking, yield farming, and other utilities within the broader EVM ecosystem. This increased access will not only enhance the liquidity of PROPS but also significantly boost its overall utility, offering more ways for you to maximize the value of your investments in holding PROPS

Propbase NEXUS Improvements

We are continuously enhancing our platform and are currently in the final stages of testing our automated rental yield distribution system. Since the launch of Propbase NEXUS, we've been working on several key features to improve the rental yield experience for our users:

Smart Contract Functionality

We've implemented advanced smart contract technology to streamline the distribution of rental yields, ensuring secure and transparent transactions, auditable onchain.

User Front End Console:

We've developed a user-friendly console that offers a comprehensive overview of all rental yield activities, including tracking earnings and claim status.

Daily Claim on Rental Yield (24 hour cycles):

We've enabled a 24-hour claim period for rental yields, allowing users to access their earnings promptly and at their convenience.

These features are currently in testing and will be completed on time for our first rental payout to all participants in our first asset offering. 👍👍👍

Propbase Yield Improvements:

On Propbase YIELD, we're excited to announce ongoing enhancements to improve your experience and maximize your investment potential. Here's what's in store:

Enhanced User Dashboard:

We're developing a new user dashboard that will provide a comprehensive overview of your total PROPS Staked. The dashboard will feature overall graphs and metrics, giving you a clear picture of your performance across multiple staking pools, and how to better optimize your Staked PROPS portfolio.

Detailed Rewards Projections:

The updated dashboard will include total forecasted daily PROPS rewards, as well as weekly and monthly projections. This will help you better understand your potential earnings and plan your investment strategy.

Easier Restake Options:

To streamline the reinvestment process, we're introducing options for easier restaking across subsequent live pools, once a pool has ended. This feature will allow you to automatically reinvest your rewards, maximizing your returns with minimal effort.

Investigating Compounded Rewards in V2 Staking Pools:

We're also exploring the implementation of compounded rewards. This feature will allow your earnings to grow exponentially over time by reinvesting both your initial investment and earned rewards. While still under investigation, we plan to roll out this feature at a later stage.

Additional Works:

Our team is actively working on several new features to enhance Propbase and PROPS to strengthen our on-chain presence and transparency:

Listing with DEFI Lhama through their SDK:

We are collaborating with the DEFI Llama SDK to list PROPS and Propbase assets on-chain. This integration will provide greater transparency and visibility for our assets within the DeFi ecosystem, further validating our trust and growth on-chain. It's an exciting step towards greater transparency and credibility.

Chainlink Oracle for Property Data in SE Asia

We're in early discussions with Chainlink to bring property transaction data on-chain, in partnership with the largest property portals in the region. This will provide greater transparency and is a major step for us.

Our leadership team has strong relationships and proven backgrounds in developing some of the most successful property portals in Southeast Asia. 

We're leveraging this expertise to integrate over 30+ data points across hundreds of thousands of properties. This data will provide our users with comprehensive insights and analytics, enhancing the overall experience and decision-making process on Propbase and providing regional data to the larger #RWA ecosystem. 

PROPS Vesting Tracker:

We're introducing a PROPS Vesting Tracker, which will provide a transparent visualization of token allocations and unlocking schedules. This tool will allow community members to see forecasted inflation on a monthly and annual basis, helping everyone better understand the distribution of PROPS over time. The tracker will be launched once we formalize our new and extended vesting schedule in the near future.👍👍👍

This update is a more crystalized review that further shows we are building usable and scalable products that solve real world problems facing the largest asset class in the world in a easy to understand way.
