In September, Propbase made remarkable strides across several key development areas, building upon the groundwork laid in previous months. The Yield platform saw the completion of major tasks related to analytics tracking, enhancing the app's ability to provide deeper insights into user behavior and platform performance. Meanwhile, both Nexus and Secondary Marketplace received minor bug fixes and new feature additions, particularly focusing on the integration of the rental yield claim feature in Nexus and new screens for trading. These updates ensure a smoother and more reliable experience for users.

Additionally, a significant milestone was achieved with the EVM bridge going live on the mainnet, allowing Propbase to now support EVM-compatible transactions. This expansion opens the door to greater interoperability and cross-chain functionality, broadening the platform’s reach and utility within the decentralized ecosystem.

 As part of the ongoing efforts, our Propbase team continued to work on stability improvements and feature refinements to ensure a seamless and optimized user experience across all platforms.

Front-End (FE) Updates:

Propbase Yield

Implemented bug fixes and user feedback updates.

Reduced delay time for staking and unstaking transactions for faster reflection.

Updated performance graphs for new stakers, daily rewards claiming, and unstaked PROPS, total number of active stakers in the admin dashboard.

Added graphs to display top stakers and reward distributed users.

Added a custom date picker integration for graphs.

Developed HTML and API integrations for user transactions and claim details.

Updated daily rewards claiming and total accumulated transaction graphs.

Portfolio graph updated with estimated rewards (new info updates).

Disabled future dates in the yield graph to avoid confusions.

Propbase NEXUS:

Developed user max token allocation feature and fixed bugs related to max membership limit extensions.

Updated the accumulated investment graph to display data across all properties on Propbase.

Integrated the updated blockchain function logic to fetch the token balance and display it in the user profile for better transparency.

Added token images for better identification.

Completed configuration to switch from USDT to USDC when needed, updating both the names and logos.

Implemented HTML and API integrations for dynamic updation of property details such as documents and buying process. 

Limited the funding target decimal percentage and added custom error messages.

Secondary Marketplace:

Completed layout and structure for the secondary marketplace, including side menus and listings.👍👍👍

Activated trading configurations with API & Blockchain updates are completed.

API & blockchain integrations for deposit initial reserve in progress, including validations and calculations.

Completed liquidity distribution visualization on the pool detail page.

HTML integrations for candlestick charts.

Fee management -create, edit and delete functions are completed.

Completed pool unit testing and trading activation.

Rental Yield Smart Contracts:

Admin side configurations for auto-calculating annual dividends per token.

Set up configurations for the rental yield in admin.

Updated monthly cash flow bug on the user dashboard.

Created functionality for a wallet connection feature within the rental yield configuration modal.

Completed Total Accrued Rental Yield & Total estimated rental yield -testing in progress.

Integrated rental yield into user portfolios with KPI updates and FE portfolio list updates.

Displaying the vesting schedules in the admin platform for each sale is completed.

The user transaction listing API integration is in complete.

Integrated rental yield calculations and net rental yield display.

Back-End (BE) Updates:

Propbase Yield:

Completed the API updates for the active stakers with a date picker.

Graph updates for all APIs based on selected date range are now finished.

Updated the API for the performance graphs in the admin dashboard to reflect data for new stakers, daily rewards claiming, unstaked PROPS, and the total number of active stakers.

Added user wallet filters for the 13 graphs.

The reward distribution concentration graph has been implemented.

Updates to the staking and rewards claimed graph were completed.

Propbase NEXUS:

The dynamic property details API update has been finalized.

Optimized the process and error handling for membership withdrawals.

Fixed a bug related to incorrect new stakers count in the graph.

Real-time sync for claim tokens is fully implemented.

Token purchase & Token Claim API updates are complete and in testing phase.

Real-time sync for membership contracts has been integrated.

The membership withdrawal process was updated in the user stakings table.

Get Membership, withdraw membership, Rewards membership APIs are completed and ready for QA testing.

Dates and links for the buying process in production assets were updated via the database.

Secondary Marketplace: 

The ability to activate and deactivate Secondary Marketplace pools has been set up.👍👍👍

Pool API and cron job for secondary trading have been activated.

The deposit initial reserve API and its cron job have been fully implemented.

The membership fee management system has been updated to include an option for deleting an existing membership tier.

Rental Yield Smart Contracts:

The rental yield distribution transactions have been updated in the backend to reflect the received rental yield in the app.

Real-time data sync of the blockchain transactions in the backend was developed.

Developed the user rental yield transaction API, enabling listing, searching, sorting, and filtering in the admin dashboard.

The admin rental yield API, which includes vesting schedule details, was successfully created.

Completed and tested the estimated rental yield graph to show the estimated values of rental yield to the users.

User Portfolio KPIs API for rental yield is now in place.

Dynamic coin type configuration for rental yield was successfully set up.

The stake assets cron job has been completed.

The export option bug fix is now resolved.

Blockchain Updates:

EVM PROPS Smart Contract

The EVM PROPS smart contract was audited by Certik and was given a n overall project ranking 93/100 and in Top 10% of all Certik Audits.

The technical and security details of EVM PROPS are published on our medium channel  

EVM PROPS is deployed to Base chain mainnet at contract address: 0xD6Aaf4D477999Fa50c5A1Aa35f708862113A73cC👍👍👍

PROPS EVM Bridge:

PROPS is currently on Aptos blockchain and on Base Chain. Bridge functionality will open up the possibilities of users in Ethereum based networks to purchase PROPS and to participate in the various products built by Propbase. 

We are partnering with Chainge for bridge capabilities and the bridge is made active.

All the bridging capabilities were thoroughly tested before releasing to the public.

Rental Yield Smart Contracts:

Script for fetching the rental yield accrued to each investor was developed from the blockchain data stored in the Nexus primary market smart contract. The script utilized the rental yield calculation from rental yield smart contract. The rental yield amount in USDT thus calculated from the above script was then distributed to all the investors.

Thoroughly tested daily rental yield claiming features to be in testing shortly and launching soon

Rental Yield smart contract was developed with more additional features.

Admin can change the dividend rate and the yield would be accumulated for each user accordingly.

Technical solutions for the rental yield for the users purchasing from the primary market, secondary market were solved.

Feature implementation of rental yield to be supported by one coin type at a time  was completed.

Users to stake the property asset tokens and claim the rental yield was developed

Users to unstake the property asset tokens at any time without a fee was developed.

Rental Yield smart contract is being thoroughly tested. Over 95% coverage

Secondary Marketplace: 

The use case of admin to deposit the initial reserves to the pool was developed and tested.

The use case of admin to activate the pool when it's ready to be made public was developed and tested.

The CLMM algorithm for secondary market trading is being developed.
