Get ready for a thrilling update! This January, we completed major updates to our front end and also our CEO was appointed Regional Chair of the FIBREE Foundation in Thailand. Plus, our world-class Ambassador program is set to shake up the community. 

But here's the cherry on top - we're thrilled to announce our next scheduled sprints will focus on the integration of Aptos blockchain technology into our platform. This is the most exciting part of our journey yet, and we can't wait to see the impact it will have on the industry.

Kevin Goos Named Regional Chair in Thailand for FIBREE, the World's Largest Real Estate Tokenization Association

Kevin Goos, the CEO of Propbase, is proud to announce his appointment as the Regional Chair in Thailand for the FIBREE organization. FIBREE, or the "Foundation for International Blockchain and Real Estate Expertise," is a renowned platform in the industry, recognized as the largest real estate tokenization association in the world. We've accomplished a major milestone in our development journey! The front end is finally complete, with just a few minor tweaks to ensure a seamless, responsive design. This was a hefty part of the development process, but it's all worth it because we're revolutionizing the way people approach real estate investment.

Our focus was to provide an unparalleled level of property information, including detailed descriptions, captivating images, engaging videos, and all the essential documents. With all the investment metrics readily available, our users have access to all the information they need to make informed investment decisions.

Our goal is to bridge the gap between casual property browsers and seasoned real estate investors, creating a platform that streamlines the investment process. We're breaking down barriers, reducing transaction costs, and tackling the liquidity problem head-on, providing solutions to the most pressing challenges in the industry. This exciting platform feature will showcase a vast array of properties up for fractional investment, including the newest listings, upcoming properties, and the ones already generating buzz on the platform. But that's not all, Propbase is taking it to the next level with its secondary marketplace - coming soon in Stage Two. This innovative feature will empower you to sell your property tokens to other Propbase users, making your investment journey even more seamless and with close to zero fees!

Portfolio Section!

Watch your investment soar with Propbase! This feature gives you a bird's eye view of your entire portfolio, including all of your current properties, tokens, total value, and rental yield, calculated on a daily pro-rata basis. Imagine waking up every morning to see your investments growing before your very eyes - that's the level of excitement and empowerment you can expect from PropBase.

What's Next? APTOS Blockchain Integrations

After hearing the exciting news between the Moralis and Aptos blockchain, our next steps for blockchain API integration will be our focus for the coming month. Our team has experience with the Moralis platform and Aptos and this will save us countless hours of development time by utilizing the middleware solution. We are super excited for this part of our journey as fetching blockchain data, smart contract integration, is what makes our platform truly web3!

Early Traction: IDO & Platform Investor Registrations

We have been actively building awareness through multiple channels. Firstly, by leveraging our existing network of contacts within the Web3 community through Aptos. Our outreach efforts are aimed at educating the wider public on the benefits of blockchain in the real estate industry, and how our platform is helping to lead this charge.

In addition to reaching out to the Web3 community, we have also been tapping into local real estate networks throughout Southeast Asia. These networks are filled with influential industry players, and our goal is to bring the benefits of blockchain technology to their attention, and showcase how our platform can help streamline their operations and drive growth in the region.

We believe that by combining the power of blockchain technology with the knowledge and expertise of industry veterans, we can help bring the real estate industry into the digital age. We are dedicated to making this vision a reality and will continue to work tirelessly to build awareness and drive adoption of our platform in the region.
